Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Delivery takes between 5–14 business days depending on your location and carrier. We do our best to get it to you as fast as possible.
Free shipping on orders over $20. Orders under $20 ship for a flat rate of $5.99. No hidden fees.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. Once your order ships you'll receive tracking info by email. If you haven't received it within the estimated window, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. We accept returns only for items that arrived damaged, defective, or were the wrong item — not for change of mind.
Email us at scoopxus@gmail.com with your name, the email used at checkout, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We'll get back to you within 24–48 hours.
Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
